Pre-Inspection
We strictly inspect all raw materials before using them. Only the materials which align with our standards and get qualified from the inspection are used in production.
In-Process Inspection
We have professional quality inspectors so that the quality of the product is maintained during the manufacturing process. We follow a series of steps to keep the production quality top-notch and bypass any loss.
Random Inspection
The random inspections help us have strict control of the product quality. Our professional-quality inspectors randomly inspect the product at different levels to ensure any missed threats or quality loss.
Piece Inspection Before Packing
To keep 100% qualified product rate, piece inspection is required in packaging process when the finished laminate floor is packed.Any defective product is not allowed to export to customers.
Final Inspection
A final inspection is all about re-checking every product and ensuring everything aligns with our flooring standards. We thoroughly go through each of the batches to maintain the quality of our products.
After-Sale service
We also have built the quality traceability system to trace the defective products to certain process in order to impove it for the next time.
